Recently the specs of Samsungs new mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy C5, got leaked. Just a couple of days ago we saw the first photos of the device, and now there are even more, giving us a general look at the new model.
The new smartphone will have an all-metal body. Ports, buttons and the speaker are placed in the typical Samsung way, with the power button on the right side, the volume rocker on the left and the USB port, the speaker, microphone and headphone jack on the bottom. Unfortunately, the USB is still not type C. Flipping the phone to the back, we can see the camera lens, a dual-tone LED flash, a Samsung logo and plastic strips for antennas. On the front is the display, another logo, the selfie camera, sensors and the typical rounded hardware home button.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor and the Adreno 405 GPU, backed up with 4GB of RAM. The phone will have a 5,2″ Full HD AMOLED or LCD display an will be running the latest Android 6.0.1 Marhsmallow. The main camera resolution will be 16MP with 1080p video, and the front-facing one will most probably be a 8MP shooter. These internals will make the Galaxy C5 a great mid-range offering and also a good alternative to the Galaxy A5 2016.
