3 Android apps that you shouldn’t miss this week – Weekly App Roundup

The week is coming to the end so here is our eleventh Weekly App Roundup. Enjoy!

Searching the web for phone specifications and comparisons can be a hassle. This is where MrPhone comes in. This free tool lets you search through a massive database of devices to find out almost anything about them. You can also easily do side-by-side comparisons of devices. Additionally, this app gives you access to the latest mobile news and device reviews. Everything is neatly packaged in a simple Material Design interface, making for an app which is definitely worth checking out.

Solid Explorer

Solid Explorer is probably one of the best file managers for Android, combining an extensive feature list and a well thought-out design which is also very nice to look at. Navigating through Solid Explorer is very easy thanks to the clutter-free UI and gesture support. The tool also has a built-in root explorer for all the rooted devices out there. The free version is actually just a trial meaning that after two weeks you will have to purchase the full variant. In my opinion, it is totally worth it.

Finishing off this week’s list is a great time waster – Waveline. This is a super-simple yet very addictive arcade game where you simply tap the screen to guide a curving line through an endless course of turns. Along the way you make money which you can later use to buy different looking lines. There are four different challenging courses which unlock gradually the more you play. Waveline also features a very nice, relaxed music track and is definitely worth playing.
