Every phone will start running slow at some point. Here are 3 tips to speed up your Android device.
- Install a boosting app. Whether it’s Clean Master or CCleaner, a boosting up will significantly speed up your device by cleaning the RAM and disabling background processes. Most of these apps also remove cached data. There are many such programs available on Google Play.
- Decrease or turn off animations. Do this by going into the Settings app and finding Developer options. If you can’t see such a position go into the About phone page and tap the Build number a few times. You will see a message telling you how close you are to being a developer. Just keep on tapping until you unlock the options. Now open them and find Window animation scale, Transition animation scale and Animator duration scale. You can change the scale of the animations or turn them off completely.
- Reboot the device. Reboot your phone. This should help to keep it working fast.
That’s all! Now your device should work faster. Repeat the first and third step every time your phone gets sluggish.
