Many of the best Android apps are well hidden in the Play Store. Here are 3 of them.
Focus – a simple and minimalistic gallery
Focus is one of the best gallery apps for Android thanks to its simplicity, beautiful design and functionality. Photos are displayed and sorted on the main page with the usage of folders (such as Videos or Downloads) and tags (for example Art, Family, or Night). The app gives you direct access to the camera via an icon in the top right corner. Focus also has a built in photo editor. Premium features include: image locking, custom tags, a night mode and more.
Phonograph – a beautiful music player
Phonograph is a great looking, lightweight and functional music player. One of the most noticable features is the beautiful Material Design. The app is divided into tabs, making finding the right track much easier. The main UI colours change to match those of the album or track image. Phonograph isn’t short on musical features: it has an equalizer, a song queue, a sleep timer and many more options. Customizing the app is simple and it really helps make it look just the way you want.
Camera FV-5 – a proffessional camera app
Looking for a manual camera app? Camera FV-5 is one of the best. This apps gives you access to all the important photographic options such as exposure bracketing, ISO, shutter speed or white balance, while still providing a simple and clutter-free interface. In addition to all the important proffessional options, Camera FV-5 also has some other useful features such as a simple gesture to change between the main and the selfie camera. Be careful not to use the Lite version, as it is only a demo and takes pictures in very low quality.
